·  Utilized Primavera and BLUEPRINTER to provide governance, project-team participation, and project visibility.

·  Developed and maintained detailed, resource loaded schedules in MS Project for two, high-level PMO schedules, each detailed to lower-level activities

·  Routinely coordinated with leadership to support of CBJB and CBS submissions; providing metrics for various reports.

·  Created snapshots of the project schedules to make jpeg files for BRASSCOIN Quad Chart submissions. 

·  Confirmed the NES baseline for HW/SW anticipated to be used. 

·  Submitted Acquisition Security Forms and drafted Baseline Exception Requests.

·  Our group held a conference where I was able to use my earlier experience with NASA Coordinators to help set up our own conference from setting up conference rooms with break-outs, making binders for the white papers, name badges that were for each participant and table tents for the speakers at the table.

 

January 2002 – December 2003 (1 years 11 months):  Scheduler, Northrop Grumman, Oceanic Division

·  Oversaw monthly maintenance of several programs’ Integrated Master Schedules.

·  Responsible for defining and implementing schedule configuration management processes and procedures, developing checklists and data sheets used for reporting of current metrics

·  Responsible for the EV data exports to the Financial Analyst’s for these programs on a monthly basis.

·  Provided the Program Manager’s with snapshots of project schedules, graphs and charts for Program Management Reviews. 

·  Pulled together nine IPT leads schedules into one Master Schedule for a large program.

·  Developed schedule version control processes, policies and procedures and ensured that they were followed.

 

January 1999 – January 2002 (3 years): Senior Staff Assistant/Scheduler, Litton, Amecom (then was sold to Northrup Grumman)

·  Responsible for earned value (EV) status and maintenance of a major program’s Integrated Master Schedule on a weekly basis with monthly delivery. 

·  Maintained the schedule product build, staging, testing, deployment, and integration.

·  Other monthly responsibilities included updating and delivery of the program’s Technical Performance Measurement Reports and the Manpower Charts. 

·  Interfaced with EV reporting and analysis, including large data exports for EV software. 

·  Upkeep of program employees’ access to the program Calendar, coordination/scheduling of meetings and conference calls. 

·  Documented procedures and automated reports wherever possible. 

·  Created policies to ensure version control of schedules and ensured that the processes and procedures were followed.

Worked a contract with NASA putting together all of their big conferences local and across the country. Started off as an Administrative Assistant; left as the Office Manager. 

·  Set up a database for each conference using Apple’s File Maker Pro. 

·  Customized each conference including graphics for name badges and table tents. 

·  Some conferences included a compilation of White Papers which had to be gathered, copied and put into binders for each attendee.

·  Travel arrangements along with hotel accommodations; then expense reports were executed upon completion of travel (including currency exchange when applicable).

·  As Office Manager, including the above, needed to make sure every crate (complete with all materials) for every conference got out of the door on time.

·  Took care of all office equipment, repairs and the ordering of all office supplies.
